Remember those summer nights cruiseing with your set of wheels, hanging out with the gang, listening to those
tunes, parking with your gal, bobby socks, DA haircuts, poodle skirts, the bop, the hop, the swing,
hanging out after school at EMMONDS.What a special time and what
special music, the sounds that gave us our feelings. There still with us today. They moved and
grooved us. It was the time of ELVIS, remember when he made his appearance on old stone face
show, ED SULLIVAN. They only showed the top half of ELVIS on
the show when he was dancing. He was the true king, he dominated rock & roll. BILL HALEY,
SEE YOU LATER ALLIGATOR.PATSY CLINE,
I FALL TO PIECES. BRENDA LEE, WHO'S SORRY NOW, to many
legends to list, but you know the ones that moved you with their songs.
How about high school and the rivalrys we had between them. Tearing down the goal posts
before, during, or after the games, Whooops.
The memories are somewhat faded now. The pictures have not been taken out for awhile.
The gang i hung with are mostly still around. We lost a real nice guy,Berry, his memories are
still with us that knew him. Patsy left us also. Her memories will remain. Me and Don are still hanging in there, we met in high school. Every once
in awhile we put our minds together and are able to muster up a thought or two. Hmmmmm I just had
a flashback of a place called OTTER BROOK DAM, WOW!
